So this week I've decided to tackle my refrigerator and freezer. They aren't packed with food so much as they just need a good cleaning. And while I'm at it, I might as well organize my food in the pantry. It has been suggested that food storage be on my list of items to tackle this year, and I agree. I'm pretty well stocked, however, I will work on a list of items that need to be in food storage and starting to collect good recipes to use them up with. (I'll share them when I find them.)

After working for about 3 hours (with a crying baby that I stopped for several times) we look like this...
I know to some of you, you might think there is no difference, but just ask my husband! It is like night and day. And I feel so much better. A simple thing like cleaning your fridge...makes me happy.
Tip of the Day
When reorganizing your pantry, place the items you use the most on the shelf that is at eye level. This way you are not constantly rearranging and forgetting where you store an items. This also helps to keep the rest of your pantry nice a tidy.
