New Permanent Home

After completing my office/craft room, I have to say I am proud of myself for one thing. I have had several items just lying around that I'm finally organized enough to display. First is my window flowers. My sister-in-law does these all the time and she was gracious enough to let me try. It had been sitting in my my office for at least a year doing nothing. But alas, here it is...not taking up needed space...but beautifying a room. Isn't getting organized great.I'm also able to display our honeymoon tokens. These are our mouse ears. They've been in a closet for 3 years, but now they have a home.A wonderful picture or two. This is a copy photo of James' mother as a young girl. We got restored copies for the family and it needed a place to be hung. (If we have a daughter someday it will go in her room.) Isn't it adorable. It feels so good to have a place for it!

It may not sound great to you, but it really is a wonderful feeling knowing that important and precious items can be seen and enjoyed. Isn't that what life is all about!

  1. I never did get to see the window you made. It looks fan-tastic.
