Organizing Your Brilliant Ideas

I found this little wooden shelf at a thrift store. Painted it green and now it helps to keep me organized.

Tip of the Day
I got this idea from my Mom. It has been working for me for the past two months. Find a place in your kitchen or craft room that seems to always collect everything. Get a few file folders. Label them with titles like Photos, Craft Ideas, Recipes, Bills, etc. Use names of items that tend to pile up in one place. Now every time these items come across that area, pick them up and place them in their file folder. Then once a week or two go through your folders and weed out what you need and what you don't. Keeps you organized and keeps the piles away.

  1. I was JUST thinking yesterday that I need something to keep my ideas in or things that I want to do in the near future. This is great!!!

  2. Love this idea. I have pages of decorating/organizing ideas in a stack, I need to do something about them!

  4. Very smart. We have several of these "hot spot" areas. What a great way to deal with the inevitable.
