Beef and Broccoli...Mmmmmm

Beef and Broccoli with Oranges

1lb sirloin steak
1 bunch of broccoli
1 medium orange
3 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 soy sauce
Orange juice

Chop broccoli into small florets. Steam broccoli in a couple of Tbsp of water. Cut orange into half. Take half of the orange and separate the orange into pieces. Take the second half and squeeze the juice out into a bowl. Set this aside. Heat oil in a hot skillet. Cut the sirloin steak into long thin slices. Stir fry steak until cooked to your liking. Remove the beef and add the soy sauce, orange juice and broccoli to the skillet. Stir over heat from about 2 minutes then add beef and oranges. Cook for another minute until heated through. Serve over rice.
