April Book List

So I finished The Goose Girl by Shannon Hale this past weekend. It was a fun and very light read. Thank you to all of you who suggested it. It was the perfect book for "post" Hunger Games. From dark and dreary to light and fun. If you've read it. Feel free to comment about your favorite part.

So on to our new book for the month of April is....

Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen

I've been interested in reading this book for some time now. I know it is going to be a movie, so I figured I should read it now before it could possibly be ruined for me. If you've read it, let me know what you think. If you haven't, join me in April and read along.

Happy Reading!

  1. I love Goose Girl and the others in the series...each time I pick a new one up I don't think I could like it any more, but they are all great. I think the last one is the only one I haven't gotten to. I really like Enna Burning, which is the next one...maybe even more than this's very dramatic. Happy reading!

  2. Be prepared for Water for Elephants. I couldn't finish it because of some...graphic parts. Each reader has a different tolerance level, but as long as you're prepared.
