Spring Break Tune-UP: Food & Health

Okay, so I was reviewing my Food & Health goals for this year. I've done pretty well. Most months I have been publishing my menu. And today, I made freezer meals. I'll post some of those a little later. I've been working to exercise. I did really well in January and February, but March has been a struggle. I am also doing Weight Watchers. I know, you might think...why? But let me tell you, getting rid of my baby weight has been difficult. Weight Watchers is AMAZING! If you haven't tried it, do!! It really has made all the difference. I figured, to save on time and posts I'd attach my menu for this month below. I've got lots of new recipes this time around. My husband is working days now so I've got someone to cook for again. I know he's happy about this one!!

Monthly Menu:

Week #1: Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf, Grilled Honey Lime Chicken Sandwiches, Lettuce Wraps, Buffalo Wings, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Shish-K-Bobs, BLT's

Week #2: Roast & Potatoes, Grandma's Chicken Chow Mein, Fauxtisserie Chicken, Chef Salad, Mac & Cheese, Chicken Wraps, Mini Muffin Dogs

Week #3: Mock Chicken Cordon Bleu, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Crockpot Swiss Steak, Chicken Fingers, French Toast, Bacon Wrapped Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

Week#4: Onion Baked Chicken, Pizzaria Casserole, Crockpot Chicken & Dumplings, Twice Baked Potatoes, Chimichangas, Pepper Steak, Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Week #5: Crab & Scampi, French Dip Sandwiches, Goulash, Tacos, Chicken Noodle Soup, Caribbean Grilled Steak, Crepes
