I had this for dinner last week. I just wanted something healthy and simple. So I made a steak salad. It was delicious!
Mix seasonings together in a bowl. Coat steak with seasonings. Heat up a skillet with about 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil. Make sure it is hot. Add steak and turn heat down. Cook steak to desired wellness. Meanwhile chop lettuce, tomato, carrots and bell peppers. When steak is finished, pull out of skillet. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes. Cut steak into small strips and add to salad. Serve with dressing.
