Freezer Meal: Calzones Tutorial

I love pizza. I love Calzones! Mmmm....So one of the freezer meals I make ever month or so are calzones. My husband prefers ham pizza, so that is what I usually make. But you could do whatever you want.
You'll need dough. I'm using Pillsbury crescent rolls or seamless dough this time. Sometimes I buy the premade dough at the grocery store. Sometimes I make my own. But this time, I had some Pillsbury. You'll also need cheese, pizza sauce (you can make your own, but I was lazy this week. And that is okay!) and your toppings.
Roll out your dough. Cut them into squares. About 5 x 5. Mine are a little bigger this time.
Add your pizza sauce, cheese and toppings.
Fold it over and use a fork to seal it shut.
Voila!! A delicious homemade tasty meal in minutes. And they freeze great! My husband takes them for lunches. Mmmmm....

Pizza Dough (Enough to make 6-8 calzones)
3 cups Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Pizza Sauce
Toppings of your choice

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Roll out your pizza dough. Slice it into 5x5 inch squares. Place on baking sheet. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings. Fold dough into a triangle and seal using a fork. Bake in the oven for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown.
