Grilled Pizza----so delicious!!!

So I decided to try out grilling pizza. It is summer after all. It was SOOOO delicious! And pretty easy. I just used my Homemade Pizza Recipe from HERE. But changed a few things.

Grilled Homemade Pizza
2 1/2 to 3 C. Flour
1 pkg yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 C. Warm Water
2 Tbsp oil
Pizza Sauce or Alfredo Sauce

Combine water and yeast with 1/4 tsp sugar to activate. In a mixing bowl, mix half the flour, salt and oil. Slowly add yeast mixture. Continue adding flour until a soft ball forms. Knead until elastic. Divide dough into 4ths and cover. Let raise for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat grill to medium heat. Roll out and shape into pizza crust. Spray both sides of dough and place on grill. Grill on one side for 3-4 minutes or until dough is stiff enough to flip. Once flipped, add sauce, toppings and cheese. Allow pizza to continue to cook on grill until cheese has melted and toppings are heated through. (You may need to adjust your grill temperature so you don't burn the bottom of your pizza.)
