Grilled Honey BBQ Pork Ribs

I took this great grilling class one summer with my sister-in-law.  It was super hot and we sweated like pigs, but we got to try tons of wonderful grilled recipes.  So it was totally worth it.  This is one of the recipes they shared, although I have tweaked it a bit.

You'll need some ribs.  You can use pork or beef.  I had pork, so that is what I used.

Now mix your sauce.  You'll need honey mustard, mayo or Miracle Whip (that is what I used), and honey.
You'll mix these three ingredients until well blended.

Now lay out your foil and place your ribs on it.

Spread your sauce over the top and bottom.  Use it liberally, it will be delicious!

Now wrap the ribs up.  Make sure not to wrap to tightly.  You want the air to circulate.

You'll want to set your grill on low.  I have 3 burners, but I just turn on one.  Place your ribs on the top rack and close the lid.  Let them "cook" for 3-4 hours.  I know it seems like a long time and a lot of propane, but believe me, you really won't use as much as you think.

One they are done, they will look a bit like this.  So unwrap those ribs....

And grill them.  I usually will had a honey BBQ sauce on to the ribs while I grill them.  You'll want to grill them about 4-6 minutes on each side.

Then take them off the grill and cover them with foil for about 10 minutes.

Then eat and enjoy!  And make sure you have lots of napkins!
