Combine your brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and sweet and condensed milk. Melt away until they reach the soft ball stage.
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
6-7 kabob sticks
1 small package of peanut butter M & M's
Wash and dry apples. In a food processor, blend package of M&M's until size you want them. Place in a bowl for dipping later.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Add milk. Cook and stir until it reaches the firm-ball stage. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Insert kabob sticks into apples. Dip apples into caramel and then coat with peanut M & M's. Place on wax paper and refrigerate until firm.
