Onion Rings

I love onion rings.  But I don't like to pay for them.  So today, you get a little tutorial on how easy they are.
First, you need a big onion.  Slice it into large rings.
Make your batter.  It needs to be really well blended.  Add your onions one at a time.  Make sure your oil is already heated and ready for your onions.
Add them to your hot oil and let them cook until they are golden brown.
Then serve them with yummy sauce...we like Fry Sauce.  If you don't know what that is, it is ketchup and mayo mixed together.  So good!!
