Creamy Crab Stuffed Wontons

 

I don't know about you, but I love a good appetizer.  This is one that I came up with that is quite yummy!
 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Hand mix well.
 
Place crab mixture on a wonton wrapper.  I use the larger egg roll wrappers.
 
Fold the sides in and then roll up the wonton.
 
Should look like the above picture.  Use a little water to help the wonton stick.  But not too much.
 
Fry wontons in hot oil until crisp and brown.
 
Drain on a paper towel and serve while still hot!

Creamy Crab Stuffed Wontons

1/2 lb crab meat
8 oz cream cheese
1 bunch green onions
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 pkg wonton wrappers

Combine ingredients in a bowl.  Place in wonton wrapper.  Fold sides in and roll wonton.  Fry in hot oil and drain into a paper towel.  Best served hot!
