Pink Lemonade Pound Cake

Pink Lemonade Pound Cake Recipe 
I came up with this recipe last spring.  It is super simple and great for Valentine's Day or Easter.  Your family will love the lite flavors and you'll love how easy it is.
Pink Lemonade Pound Cake Recipe 
You'll Need:
1 box of Pink Lemonade Cake Mix
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil

For glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
2-3 Tbsp lemon juice

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water.  Mix for 2-3 minutes until batter is super thick.  Meanwhile, grease and flour a bundt pan.  Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.

Pink Lemonade Pound Cake


1 box of Pink Lemonade Cake Mix
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil

For glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
2-3 Tbsp lemon juice

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water.  Mix for 2-3 minutes until batter is super thick.  Meanwhile, grease and flour a bundt pan.  Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.  Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes.  Flip out of pan onto cooling rack.  Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.  Mix well.  Pour glaze over the top of the still warm cake.  Allow cake to cool.  Enjoy!!
