Do you ever have leftover ham from Easter? We always do. So I thought I'd share a real quick and easy recipe for delicious ham sliders.
First, make your honey mustard sauce. You'll need about 1 Tbsp Honey for every 2 Tbsp mustard.
Grab your swiss cheese.
Then shred your ham. Just use a couple forks to help.
Now stack your mustard, cheese, and ham on a roll.
Bake at 350 degrees 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Honey mustard Ham and Swiss Sliders
2 c. shredded ham
4-5 swiss cheese slices
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp Mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take ham and shred. Combine honey and mustard. Slice rolls. Place mustard mixture, slice of swiss cheese and a small stack of ham onto roll. Repeat with each roll. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
