Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs


Kabobs are one of my favorite dishes when it comes to using the grill.  They also are the fastest.  Now many times you will see kabobs that have both meat and vegetables on them.  However, you should not cook them together.  Not just because of the food safety issue, but because they do not cook at the same rate.  So make sure as you put your kabobs together you separate the meat and veggies.



Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

1-2 lbs chicken breast
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
Teriyaki sauce
Skewers

Chop chicken and vegetables into 1/2 inch pieces.  Place chicken into teriyaki sauce for about 30 minutes.  Meanwhile, skewer your vegetables rotating between peppers and onions.  Next, skewer your chicken.  Spray both chicken and vegetables with cooking spray.  Place on a hot grill on low for 10 minutes or until tender and cooked thoroughly.
