Fun Friday: Relaxing Homemade Spa Night

Organizing is great, but it's important to relax. Life is too short to organize every single moment of every day. So take sometime for yourself this weekend. Have a Spa Night. You don't have to go out to a spa (unless you can afford it). Instead stay in. Make yourself a nice bath and use one of the homemade recipe remedies below to relax your body, mind and soul.

Aromatherapy Bath Salts
Epson Salt
Essential Oil (Any scent)

Add as much salt and as much oil for the scent as you like. Add to warm bath.
(These make great gifts also)

Aches & Itches Bath Salt
1/2 cup Baking Soda
1/2 cup dry milk
1 cup Epsom salt
1 cup sea salt
Mix all ingredients together in a large Ziploc Bag. Add as much or as little as you want.

Need a little face lift? Ever tried egg?

Egg Facial Mask
1 egg white
Vitamin E (optional)

Beat the egg white until frothy. Add Vitamin E. Use washcloth to pat onto your face. Let dry. Wash with warm water.
(This is really great for loosening the dead skin and making your face feel refreshed. I've used it!)

Take time for yourself. Read a book. Listen to some music. Watch your favorite movie.
