Hi I'm Amy! I'm the designer over at Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop and you can find me blogging over at Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop: The Blog. I'm a wife and a mother to two. Baby #3 is due in mid-March and we're super excited! I was glad to participate in this series and have a reason to get things together and start making a few items for our new arrival :) We don't know what we're having so I decided to make a boy and a girl outfit for coming home from the hospital. Although I did cheat a bit and just did one pair of pants :)

And oh my goodness sewing up these itty bitty outfits has gotten me pretty excited! And it only took an afternoon so that was a nice bonus :) The little hats whip up under 15 minutes so they're a fun addition to any outfit. I just might make a dozen more!

I did mange to find one fleece print that I liked that was gender neutral so I used that for a cozy sleep sack. March can be quite cold and this is a great way to layer.

For easy diaper changes I used a separating zipper installed upside down so the sleep sack can be opened from the bottom. That way you don't have to completely unzip baby and let in all that cold air just for a diaper change.

For all of my projects I used patterns from the brand new Lullaby Line. Having a little one on the way was definitely a large influence in this collection of patterns :) I'm enjoying using it for my 1 year old and 4 year old too!
